On May 13, 2010 Aurora Residential Alternatives staff, BethAnn Peper received the Wisconsin Caregiver of the Year Award from the Wisconsin Long Term Care Workforce Alliance. The Alliance is a coalition of public and private organizations and individuals that recognize the critical and indispensable role direct caregivers play in meeting the long term care needs of older persons and persons with disabilities in Wisconsin. BethAnn has supported adults with developmental disabilities for the last 6 years. She is responsible for helping them live a full life in their homes and communities. She always looks for ways to improve the lives of those she works for. BethAnn is creative and comes up with some of the greatest ideas to help someone, even through the answer is not always easy. She comes to work everyday with a positive attitude and is ready to dedicate herself 100% to the individuals she is there to support. Congratulations to BethAnn Peper for all of her dedication and commitment!
